Delivery and returns
Please bear with us during the COVID-19 restriction periods, orders made before 3 pm on Tuesday will be sent out that same week. For any orders made after Thursday 2 pm these will go out the following week .
Christmas postage: last international date for postage 16 Dec, last postage for UK 18 Dec. Postage is sent via 1st class Royal Mail. You can visit us at Woodberry Blooms daily up to Christmas Eve. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and within the original packaging.
Please take extra care to read Care information that we will email once an order has been placed as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged.
If goods are returned after 14 days of receipt delivery these items will not be refunded. Please note unless the goods are faulty the cost of returning the goods must be met by the customer. Unfortunately, this will not be reimbursed by House of Buckley.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, the customer agrees to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any faulty products to us, please email email@example.com with the reason for your return and contact details and a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
You are required to pack the items in the same way that they were dispatched to you. When returning items, it is strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
